By downloading, installing, or using Compass ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Ryan Tech Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree to use the App only for lawful, intended purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. Navigation Accuracy Disclaimer

Compass is a supplementary navigation tool. While we strive for accuracy, the App:

• May not be as accurate as professional surveying equipment
• Can be affected by magnetic interference and local anomalies
• May have GPS signal limitations in tunnels, forests, or urban canyons
• Should not be relied upon for critical navigation or safety-critical applications

Always use official maps and navigation apps for critical navigation. Compass is provided for informational purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by Ryan Tech Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your use of the App and any outcome derived from its use
• Verifying accuracy through independent means when necessary
• Understanding location and sensor technology limitations
• Safe operation while using navigation features (e.g., not using while driving without proper safety measures)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ryan Tech Labs does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Location or heading data will be accurate or reliable
• The App will be free of harmful components
• All defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific navigation needs

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryan Tech Labs shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of navigation accuracy or device malfunction
• Reliance on inaccurate location or heading information
• Safety issues resulting from app use
• Damage to device or data
• Business interruption or loss of profits

9. Safe Use Guidelines

For your safety:

• Do not use Compass while driving or operating vehicles without proper safety measures
• Do not rely solely on Compass for critical navigation decisions
• Be aware of your surroundings while using the App
• When possible, verify navigation information through multiple sources
• Use the App responsibly in all environments

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to or use of the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ryan Tech Labs regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations.
